Waited a few minutes for the ride to open up after they tested it, but it was well worth it. Even as a roller coaster enthusiast, my vision was greying out! Exciting and super fast.
This is the 2nd best roller coaster that I have ever ridden and I have ridden 44 different roller coasters. Really love how it is themed to Dale Earnhardt, setting the mood as it leaves the station saying "Gentlemen, start your engines!" It zooms up the lift hill and then drops down an 85 degree drop and then into the most intense experience anyone can have on any roller coaster. The first bank turn pulls the most insane G-forces ever cause everyone to grey out and possibly even black out, and your vision doesn't open back up until after you reach the crest of that first airtime hill, it is that intense! Easily one of the greatest coasters out there. However, when I did go to KD, it was running only one train which made the wait quite long. Overall, FANTASTIC ride and very highly recommended if you are brave enough to ride!
Many people do not like this ride because it is DEFINITELY not the most comfortable experience. I personally LOVE this ride. It is crazy intense, you will gray out, or even black out, because it is that insane. After the first drop, there will be a banked turn where you will lose your consciousness. During the next airtime hill, you will know where you are. It's crazy insane, but surprisingly smooth. The only thing thats kinda rough is that it jerks you into the SHARP turns, because trust me, there are a LOT of them. But overall, my favorite coaster.
